HOW TO APPLY

The Application Form on the next page may be filled out and submitted online or via fax, or regular mail. Please ensure that all information submitted is accurate and complete so we may process your application in a timely manner. Applications without the application fee’s will not be processed. If you send application by fax, you will need to send credit card, number, date of expiration and billing address along with faxed application. If you send application by mail, you will need to attach your application fees check. If application does not have application fees the application will be held for 15 days, pending the College to receive the application fees, after 15 days the application will be discarded.
